At Cozy Sally, we want to make returns as smooth as possible.
General Return Guidelines
- Eligibility: Only items purchased directly from Cozy Sally's website can be returned.
- Condition: Items must be new, unopened, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Returns for Refunds
- Timeline: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Exceptions: Refunds may not be available if:

- The product is damaged, missing parts, or missing original packaging.
- The product shows signs of use or tampering.
Returns for Replacements
- Timeline: Items can be returned within 30 days for a replacement of the same product.
- Shipping: We’ll cover the shipping for replacement returns—no extra cost to you.
Non-Refundable/Non-Replaceable Items
- Items covered under manufacturer-only warranties or extended warranties cannot be returned to Cozy Sally. For help with these, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- If you’ve purchased a service or warranty that hasn’t been redeemed, you can request a refund within 90 days.
Out-of-Stock or Back-Order Items
- If the item you’re returning is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
- If the return happens after 30 days, we’ll provide a store credit based on the item’s current value.
Bulk Purchases (10+ items)
Large orders are non-refundable once completed. If you have questions about bulk orders, please reach out to our team before purchase.
Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged, let us know right away! We’ll work with you to resolve it—this won’t be considered a standard return.
